Every Saturday our cozy café opens its doors. Enjoy freshly baked cake, a delicious lunch, or simply a cup of coffee on our sunny terrace by the water.

Meetings, weddings, parties, or casual drinks – the authentic atmosphere of de Ster makes every event special.
For almost three centuries, a sawmill has stood on this spot. The original Ster from 1739 was unfortunately demolished, but thanks to the perseverance of local residents and volunteers, an authentic replica was rebuilt in 1998.
Today, Molen de Ster is a working monument, managed by Stichting de Ster and operated by Exploitatiestichting Houtzaagmolen de Ster.
Read Our StoryThe grounds around the mill are freely accessible. On Saturdays, the Mill Café is open and you can join free guided tours. Group visits on other days can be arranged on request.
